Initial goal

Water the plants automatically, only when they need it.

How it was orchestrated

Python (RPi.GPIO + paho-mqtt) publishing MQTT discovery to Home Assistant; 30-min safety timeout per zone; capacitive soil sensors via MCP3008.

Outcome

Electronics and code designed (about 93 EUR budget); README keeps open TODOs (ordering parts, final mounting) - mid-project.
